Clinical Trials in Ukraine – Recent Changes
Recently -adopted amendments to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine order regulating clinical trials introduced significant changes affecting the contracts process, ethical aspects of the clinical trials, approval mechanism, insurance, and other matters.  Lana Sinichkina and Sergey Mikhailov at Arzinger, provide an overview of the background to the changes, their positive and negative aspects, as well as their impact on development of the clinical trials market.
