Europital introduced PenThu® at the Clinical Operations in Oncology Trials event

Gent, Belgium: 12th December 2016 –   Europital participated at the “Clinical Operations in Oncology Trials Europe 2016” that was held the 29th and 30th of November in Amsterdam.
The Oncology field is in continuous evolution with high level of complexity both in patient treatment approaches and clinical research methodology. This distinguished event explored new ways of improving operational efficiencies within oncology clinical trials. Risk Monitoring, Patient centricity, Clinical Outsourcing and Innovative Solutions for Management of oncology trials became the key topics in the course of this year’s edition.
In addition to participating as official Technology Spotlight sponsor and exhibitor at this conference, Europital Chief Medical Consultant, Dr. Mohamed El Malt, provided a key note presentation laying out the successful journey of PenThu®, the first Interactive Guidance Management System (IGMS), from out-of-the-box idea to a market solution.
PenThu®’s presentation was very well received by the international audience of project and development professionals, clinical research specialists and regulatory and policy affairs experts. The unique approach of the innovative platform illustrated to the audience new and effective means of improving communications and guidance processing in clinical research. Dr. Mohamed El Malt impressed the audience with his dynamism and deep knowledge about the industry. Attendees upheld the content and conclusions of the exposed topic and highlighted how a system like PenThu® can certainly improve process efficiencies in any clinical research project.
PenThu® currently operates in two international research projects from an American biopharmaceutical company that are conducted in three continents and 13 different countries.
