For a clinical trial to be successful, you will of course need –
amongst other things – excellent study design and forward
thinking, but without your clinical trial participant, aka the
customer, willing to take that new wonder drug, the trial will
disappear into the ether of missed chances. It is their journey
with us which plays a pivotal role in all clinical trials, and a
successful trial is all about customer satisfaction.
