CRF Health Finalist in UK Tech Awards

Plymouth Meeting, PA – 10 October 2016: CRF Health, the leading global provider of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments (eCOA) solutions for the life sciences industry, today announced that it has been named a finalist in the coveted UK Tech Awards. The company has been selected in the ‘Tech Innovation of the Year’ category for its innovative TrialConsent™ solution, the industry’s first eCOA-native electronic informed consent technology.

The UK Tech Awards celebrate success and reward achievement across the sector with the Tech Innovation of the Year category recognizing outstanding success in commercializing new technologies. Winners will be announced at a prestigious awards dinner in London, UK, on Wednesday November 9, attended by an audience of esteemed tech entrepreneurs, CEOs and financial directors from some of the fastest growing global technology companies.

CRF Health’s CEO, Rachael Wyllie commented: “To be named as a finalist in the 2016 UK Tech Awards is recognition of our team’s relentless hard work and dedication. Patient-centered innovation is at the heart of our company, and we work continuously to develop new technologies designed to re-think the way vital clinical trial data is collected and managed, with the ultimate aim of helping Life Science sponsors to bring new medicines to market safely, quickly and cost-effectively.”

Launched in May 2016, TrialConsent is the first solution to offer eConsent technology and eCOA on a single platform, reducing the need for layering yet another technology in a clinical trial, significantly reducing the burden and complexity for study teams. It also simplifies and provides consistency, control and flexibility to the entire informed consent process, resulting in minimized regulatory risk, reduced costs, and provides participants with a better understanding of their clinical trial.
